To keep our air healthy with oxygen, and to help us enjoy the outdoors all year long, students are encouraged to bring flowers or a plant every Monday morning to our class. We also use these to learn Hebrew colours and naming the parts of a plant. Please use the Plant schedule below to see when it is your Child’s turn to bring the flowers, or a plant (that does not need much watering) to our classroom.
Once a month 1A & 1B celebrate Shabbat together. We added dates for bringing Challah/fruit/treat for Kabbalat Shabbat for those special Kabbalat Shabbat days. Please make sure it is KOSHER and NUT FREE, so we can all enjoy it together in a safe way. Again, please mark your calendars for the date your child has a turn to bring a treat – note that they will be a part of a group of 3 or 2 kids at a time. Please be in touch with the other family/families to decide who is bringing what.
